ABOUT US:

We are a small volunteer run, non-profit organization that serves the northern half of Saguache County, Colorado. We have three intermediate EMT's, one of whom is a registered nurse, five basic EMT's and three drivers. The nearest hospitals are 45 and 50 miles from the town of Saguache. We average 80 runs a year, including motor vehicle accidents, medical calls, and occasional search and rescues in the adjacent Rio Grande National Forest.
